At Animania Veterinary Hospital we offer modern digital imaging facilities. Our radiology unit provides routine thoracic, abdominal and skeletal radiographs, and on request, special contrast procedures (e.g., excretory urograms, barium contrast studies) are offered. Most orthopedic radiographs and most contrast studies will need to be obtained with the patient absolutely still, which will require sedation or anaesthesia. We use our state of the art ultrasound equipment to scan and produce images of your animal’s internal organs and tissue including tendons, muscles and joints.
